If the reserve price is not met by the highest bid during this time, the auction enters the After Auction Market mode, which has a total duration of 48 hours. In the first step, the seller has the right to sell the lot to the highest bidder at their last bid. The seller is given 12 hours to make a decision. If the seller does not respond within this timeframe, the last highest bidder has the opportunity to buy the lot at the reserve price, which will be revealed at this step, for 12 hours. The last highest bidder also has the option to refuse to buy by clicking the "refuse to buy" button. If neither the seller nor the highest bidder responds within the first 24 hours after the main auction session, the remaining participants will have the chance to purchase the lot at the reserve price or refuse to buy during the remaining time. The first participant to make a positive decision will be the winner. In summary, a reserve price auction lot allows the seller to set a minimum price they are willing to accept, and the auction progresses through different steps depending on the responses of the seller and highest bidder. The goal is to reach the reserve price or have a participant accept it within the allocated time to determine the winning buyer.

Customers can choose to use funds from their reward balance to cover up to 50% of the platform usage fee, when settling the bill for each successful auction.

Withdrawals can be made from the main balance only if there are sufficient funds available. The reward balance cannot be used for withdrawals. If you are a seller and have enough funds in your main balance, you can request a fund withdrawal. You will need to complete the details in the withdrawal form after making the request. As per the regulations established by our financial partners, withdrawals from the Buyers' Main balance will have limitations and will be managed through customer support. Additional criteria might also apply. Please note that Cigarlands is not accountable for any extra fees imposed by the recipient's bank or an intermediary bank involved in the international funds transfer.
